Manchester Drug lord Lionel Marks has hired three criminals from New York to come in and brake the back of the Triad onslaught. Its presumed Whirlwind will be there to wipe out large groups of Triad men, Bushwhacker will be there as a trouble shooter and to cause as much havoc as possible and Bullseye will take the top job; the assassination of the man in charge of the Triad invasion, Honk Kong mob boss Li Chow Ling.
The debate was as follows; do you try to take out Bullseye before he kills his target or leave him to remove an evil mob boss and then allow him to head back to New York and out of your hair. To seek out and fight Bullseye will put you at great risk but is it the right and heroic thing to do? That's what you voted to do and so the information available to you will help you find him and shut him down.
-You know that Li Chow Ling is in his mid fifties, has been missing from Honk Kong for over a year and presumably in that time has been setting up and preparing the assault on the British Underworld and the take over that would follow.
- He is a man that appreciates the finer things and so will be in an expensive, exclusive and affluent surrounding. There are ten possible mansions that are for rent in the local area of Manchester and one of them is the old Beckingham Palace.
- Bullseye will hit him at his home and kill everyone there. He is in the top five most dangerous normal humans on the planet. Bullseye can throw any object and make it lethal. He can throw multiple objects as easily as a single one. He is a master of close combat and always goes for the kill shot. He has a metal laced skeleton making his punches land harder and his body resistant to charges and physical assaults.
